Vitiligo or white patche is an autoimmune condition, which needs physician’s consultation. Homoeopaths usually recommend remedies like Acidum nitricum, Arsenicum album, Arsenicum sulphuratum flavum, etc. along with an intercurrent remedy based on constitution, miasm, generalities, etc. It is effectively managed by homoeopathy.
