Redness near groin
My brother is having redness near groin area. However he is using clocip dusting powder after bath. Which ointment he should use. However there is no itching. One more thing why the skin on inner thighs is brown.

Greetings, Probably this problem is due to friction , sweating or fungal infection. Better is to consult dermatologist in person so that they can help you out better. Also, keep area dry and clean.
