Redness in gums
I feel like gums around only one tooth is red and i had done teeth cleaning last year but want to know if gums can grow back without surgery.

Redness may be due to gum infection or subgingival calculus. Also may due to internal tooth infection and the redness you are saying may be sinus opening.Is there any pus. ? If no do warm saline rinse thrice a day .consult dentist if get no benefit.
