Redness in eyes

Redness in eyes

Asked for Male, 32 Years

I am having redness in eyes since last 10 days. Initially dr. Said its conjectivitus and suggested drops ciplox D and zoxan 500. After 5 days when there was no improvement drops changed to Milflox. Still i have strain in eyes, little swelling and red eye. And feel pain while looking at screen. Kindly advise what symptoms are these.

Please withdraw steroids put only plain antibiotics eye drops 2hrly e.g. moxifloxacin and wash your eyes with freshwater frequently.
