Redness, Allergy on skin

Hi I have used lemon juice on my face directly and now my nose is filled with red spots and rashes. Which is leading to itching. Please help what should i do to stop this ?

Avoid using such remedies on your own lemon juice is a fruit acid, and can cause significant reactions and peeling of skin ,we see pigmentation happening with many home remedies too, if it's natural that does not mean it can be abused, salt is natural, people do get high blood pressure and kidney damage with excessive use don't they?
