My son is 4.5 yr old...once in month he have red swellon bumps or patches on skin...it is very itchy...it remains for three four days after thn they will disappear...but they leave black spot on skin ...I want to knw is it allergy or sumthing else...he to treat it and how dat black spot will go away...attached pic fr reference..
