Red Spots on the body and Fever
I have tiny red spots all over my body and i have 100 fever as well. I don't have cold, cough or anything else. No body pain too. My head starts aching when my temperature starts increasing and then when I have paracetamol it tapers off. It's my second day with this problem. I had Allegra also, as it looks like an allergic reaction to something. The red spots do not itch.

Usually these rashes are related to Viral fever. Get done hemogram and continue Allegra. Apply calamine lotion if required.
