I had sex with my gf two weeks back we had sex once without condom bt last saturday we had with condom when we again had sex while washing pennies i seen a red spot on head of pennis i avoided bt dis week i seen that the number of such spots have grown in numbers it look like pimple its nt paining but im worried what it could be
