Red spots around neck and few in body

I've been having red spots around neck and few in my body. I've went to skin doctor who examined and said it's a normal pimple because of vitomine decency but I can feel those red spots keeps spreading on my face, head and upperside of the body. 1st I noticed these spots 5days before which was in my stomach. now I am feeling little tired.
