Red, hot, swelling feet
For a number of years now I have experienced hotness at the bottom of the feet, particularly at night, which I've heard is quite normal. However as of recently its started to get quite severe. Now it also spreads to the side and the top, more rash-like. It can become very hot and uncomfortable but also painful to walk on. What could be the cause of this and what can I do to minimise the symptoms? I've tried icing my feet and it only works to an extent. Thank you
