Red granules in skin
I have red granules on covered parts of my body mostly on my chest and shoulders.It itches sometimes.I consulted both allopathic and homeopathic treatments.It got reduces when am on medication later it starts spreading again.Please suggest what it is and what I should do.am open to allopathic and homeopathic treatmnts
