Any drug which is unsafe during pregnancy needs to be replaced by drug which is safe. Though chances of eye drops causing problems at 9th month of pregnancy is rare it is ideal to change to a safer alternative
You seem to be suffering from acute conjunctivitis and you definitely need antibiotic eye drops
Next Steps
Consult nearby ophthalmology specialist for further information about the condition and change in drops if necessary.
