Red eye/ itching/ dryness/ little pain
In the white part of my both eyes have red vein and my whole eye became red for last two days.
And continuously Itching in my both eyes and also feels dryness and little pain and water discharge also.
In day one that's happen in my left eye then next day it happens in my both eye
And Sometimes it seems that there is something in my eyes.

You have conjunctivitis. Start eye drops moxicip 6 times a day and refresh tears 4 times a day in both eyes. Keep eyes clean and do cold compresses.
