Red bumps on my baby's face neck body

Hi, may daughter is 20 days old... her weight is 7 lb 13 Oz and height is 19inches. She is having these red bumps all over her face , neck , back and arms like acne.... what are these.?? And how do I heal them..?? Do I need to apply anything on them..?? Also she has some white bumps near her eyes as well... also she is breastfeeding.
