Recurrent Patella Dislocation
I suffer from above problem in both the knees. While in left knee, the dislocation has happened around 6 times while in right knee, it has happened around 3 times. The doctor has suggested MPFL reconstruction surgery to correct this condition. Can you help with any non-surgical procedure or is it mandatory to get it done?

If these dislocations happened with normal activity, then it is likely you have loose ligament, as it is both sides. In such cases, yii will need proper intensive physiotherapy to help your knees. If even inspire of that your get problems, you will.need surgery
