Recurrent gluteal sinus
My sister had developed postinjection gluteal abcess for which I n D was done..but it turned into a recurrent sinus for which 4 times operation was done...but nothing helped...the MRI report shows sinus extending from rt gluteal region to rt sacroiliac joint with osteomyelitic changes in ilium and the joint...it is nearly 12cms in length...associated with blood stained discharge and pus draining out...she c/o pain in the gluteal region and lower back... Kindly do the needful doctors

hello madam kindly do culture sensitivity of the pus and based on the report treat the infection, and also analgesics under guidance of general surgeon and then decide the future course of action good luck bye
