The gums of my teeth, especially the lower gums have receded significantly. What should I do? I have never been to a dentist and I am too afraid. Is there any natural solution for it? Can it be treated? Who should I consult?

Hi,plz visit dentist to get your teeth cleaning .If not done in time your gum may recede further because of either tartar or wrong brushing .Dentist is the person you shoud visit and it is certainly can be treated without much pain. Dont worry. OTHERWISE FUTURE DENTAL ISSUES MAY BE MORE PAINFUL .TAKE CARE.
