Reasons for twin pregnancy
Because of PCOD issue I used folic acid table more than 8 months and on February 2020 took iron Injection due iron defecency. My pregnancy confirmed on Feb 21st and after 4 weeks TVS scan twins confirmed On 7th week in ultra scanning we got to know that both babies heart rate is good and both are non identical twins. My biggest question is I never used any other medications other than folic and one time iron Injection. Is my twin pregency is natural or due to folic acid also twin pregnancy happens ?

Hi. Probably there is a history of twins in your family . Otherwise it is natural . Congrats . Folic acid has no connection.
