Really Worried. On 9thday of my cycle?

I am 24years old I had my last period on 23rd of December till 25th of December and had a protected sex+pull out on 28 and 31st that is on 6th and 9th day of my cycle. A splash of semen had fallen on my upper part of vagina on 31st which I wiped out then and there. I was very stressed because of that whether I will concieve because of this and I was under extreme stress and anxiety had sleeping issues dry eyes and mouth and dry vagina also increased heartbeat insulin resistance muscle ache mood swings nausea and felt really sick. On 15th of January I saw little bleeding on my vagina which happened to increase on 16th like period. Can it be due to implantation bleeding or due to hormonal changes? Can I concieve if I have sex on 9thday of my cycle?
