RCT and cap
My kid 6 1/2 yrs old had tooth decay in molar teeth,Dr. explained us that the third root has been infected and recommended for RCT which is done last week filling have been done after RCT. Is it now necessary to place cap which is going to fall after 4 yrs?.

Yes it is better to put a cap even on milk teeth after RCT.  It will be best protected for 3-4year till it's time for it to fall off. And the molar will fall off along with the cap so need not worry. Dr Swati Karkare. Pediatric dentist. Child Smile Care
