Rashes on top of penies

There are some rashes on top of my penies. Sometimes thy are eaching. Its very irritating situation fr me.pls hlp.

It may be fungus infection or bacterial infection etc. If it started with contact then both should get treatment advice from dermatologist = skin specialist
