My daughter gets rashes with skin swelling. These appear in the evening and disappear by morning. This around waist, neck, stomach, and back. She feels itchy.

hello..it looks like urticaria. antihistaminics like hydroxyzine and H2blocker like rantin will be helpful. calamine lotion for local application will help in soothing the skin. dose to given according to weight of your child..

from your description it looks like urticaria . needs antiallergics as well as H2 blockers for a short time, may be required recurrently for 4-6 weeks. no topical creams required. avoid any precipitating factors like extreme sun, heat, cold etc
