Rashes on skin and 1-2 pimple on chest
Got heat rashes(I think) on arm and knee and now a couple of pimples on chest and back. The pimples generally happen when I eat lot of non-veg food or eat out a lot(burgers etc) which has been happening of late since, I am new to mumbai.It could also be due to humidity and lesser water content in the body. Have been drinking lots of water and have reduced rice intake and other things with too much salt and the results are positive. Please suggest what should be done. Too busy on weekdays due to long work hours.
