Care AI Shimmer
Hello, I understand your concern These rashes are likely due to a mild viral infection, skin irritation, or possibly an allergic reaction. Such rashes are common in young children and usually settle on their own within a few days. 98.5F is not considered fever in children
Next Steps
Syrup Cetrizine 2.5ml twice daily Moisturise twice daily Use mild soaps and avoid new skincare products or detergents. Keep your child well-hydrated and comfortable.
Health Tips
Red flags: If the rash worsens (becomes blistered, painful, or oozing) If your child develops fever, irritability, or stops eating well If you notice swelling around the eyes or lips, or any breathing difficulty

Give Syp Zyrtec 2.5 ml once a day for now Looks like a viral rash To soothe the rash you can apply Caladryl lotion
Next Steps
Watch for fever - may have to use paracetamol. Monitor for progression of rash - better to check with a local doctor tomorrow
