My grand son who is 18 days old have rashes in face and all other parts of the body. Is it necessary to consult a dr to take treatment. Somebody told that is normal to a new born baby bpl advise

Hi. Rashes can appear in newborn babies, some are harmless and goes on its own. Some needs to be treated. Take pediatricians openion with pictures of baby..

Hello. Some rashes are normal in newborn in initial weeks of life after birth but some are not normal. But, as you have not attached any pic, it is bit difficult to comment about it. Please get a direct consultation with a pediatrician for better management.
