Rashes between and near the fingers

Asked for Male, 53 Years

I have rashes between and near the fingers of both the feet for a month now..it is accompanied by itching some times ..i have used many skin creams/lotions but no relief...kindly suggest the remedy and what kind of problem is this...thanks
