Rash on baby face and body

Asked for Female, 29 Years

My six mnths baby girl has developed theses rashes on her face and here and there on her legs and hands,iam currently staying in village, when we were in city till ten days back she had no rashes... She is 7 mnths old.. Attaching picture of rashes here.. Pls help.. I have been using dermadew since couple of days but i can still see new rashes everyday.. Pls help...
