Rash and Pain in neck

Hi i am having rash swelling and pain in my neck (picture attached). Feels like nail scratch but its not. It burns and pains when touched around the area. Need help.

Thanks for the question. As per the picture it seems that this is start of herpes infection. A sort of viral skin infection. It burns and smarts with very fast infection. You have to keep patience with this because it takes a time of 7 to 10 days to recover. A proper medical advice with any kind of treatment including homoeopathy can help you to recover it.
