CRP stands for C-reactive protein, which is a blood test marker used to measure inflammation levels in the body. ESR stands for erythrocyte sedimentation rate, another blood test that indicates the presence of inflammation in the body, often caused by conditions like infections, autoimmune disorders, or other inflammatory diseases. Both CRP and ESR are commonly used to help diagnose and monitor various medical conditions.
