Hello
So you have taken preexposure prophylaxis. After 1st year, booster is taken every 3 years.
If bitten again then 2 doses of some prophylaxis vaccine (cell culture vaccine)
No RIG is needed.

Why are you taking so many vaccines for rabies if you have not been bitten by the dog or if it hasn't licked an open wound on your body?
One arv every 6 months? This is not a wellness program. Please don't take sub standard doses at random intervals.
I would advise not to feed street dogs. That's easier and less painful.

Your approach to rabies vaccination is commendable, especially given your regular interaction with street dogs. Based on general guidelines, booster doses are often recommended depending on risk level and antibody levels. a **single booster dose** may be sufficient for maintaining immunity, **regular antibody titer checks** are the best way to determine if additional boosters are needed
