I am a 26 yr old male and my body is very chubby and my skin in not stiff as other people have .
Do I need to hit the gym for making my body and my skin stiff ?
Because running doesn't help in making body and skin stiff. It just makes you slim but not the skin and body stiff .
How to gain such a body ?

Hi, thank you for your enquiry.
Fat loss is a gradual process. There is no quick fix approach . Following a healthy diet which has optimal amounts of first class proteins, reduced carbohydrates & healthy fats along with a structured exercise program that is balanced with weight training and cardio will surely help. You cannot target specific areas, fat is lost uniformly, but it may appear to go faster from the areas where you store less than the problem areas. Be consistent and patient.

Hey!
It’s important to include good amount of proteins in your diet and start with high intensity exercises like push ups, skipping, power yoga and weight training. You could join the gym or a yoga class (after lockdown) and seek guidance for the same. It’s not advisable to do it without any expert help as you could pull a muscle or cause injury.
You will need a suitable diet to support the same, simple tips would be to include pulses, legumes, milk products , eggs , oats on a daily basis. Stay well hydrated by taking 3-4 litres of water.
