May  I use  telmikind 40  (Mankind) in state  of teleact 40 (Ranbaxy)  because  it  is  cheap  enough

I personally would prefer Ranbaxy over Mankind irrespective of price difference. The medicine is supposed to keep our health better, few rupees don't matter.
