Play football. Injured quadricep of right leg 20 days ago. The injury hasn't healed yet. I can walk and run, but have immense problem while kicking the ball.

You seem to have sustained quadriceps muscle tear. Ice packs and rest often heals the muscle. Since it's almost three weeks, it's better to get yourself examined by a Physiotherapist who can help you in regaining your performance too along with healing.
