hi. good morning. coffee is not helpful for burning calories. it has caffine in it that will not make you hungry and so you can work for hours. you can take lemon juice, green tea, cucumber-ginger-lemon-mint drink hope this will help you to overcome your problem. if you have any more questions about this, please do not hesitate to ask me.
