I have heart rate 112 at rest. I am 22 years old. Is it normal? I dont have cholestrol or High bp and no past heart related issues

No, this is not normal. Though this is most commonly due to anxiety and stress, I suggest you get yourself examined by a physician/cardiologist. He will recommend you an ECG, Echo, Thyroid test, Hemoglobin assessment, etc.
