When I get in contact with smoke emitted by vehicles or powder of cement and dust goes in my eye next day eyelids start paining and after that day eyelids swell up
Before two years I used to wear contact lenses after that the this problem has started
So I put gatikind eyedrops and Varclav tablet which was suggested by my doctor.. then after 10 days eye get back to normal.
I want permanent solution for problem,
That even if I get in contact with smoke or dust eyes should be fine...

Not a big issue, ur problem can be easily resolved, but you need a thorough evaluation of eye like for dryness check, allergy , retina and so on .

Your history is typical of allergic conjunctivitis but the treatment you mentioned is for infective causes. The treatment you mentioned are to be used only when there is infection of eye. Unnecessary frequent usage of these drugs can cause drug resistance and other side effect.
