Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help here. Feelings with irritation, frustration, negative, anger, Mood swing etc are symptoms of stress and anxiety in your life. Just observe and analyze what's happening around you in the recent times. Is personal or relationship issues, professional tension, financial issues, lifestyle disorder etc affecting or bothering your mind?. If so, don't hold such emotional disturbance within you. Feeling low, having crying spells, sleep and appetite disturbances, and difficulty in concentration and attention are some of the signs of Depression. Consult a Psychiatrist for a detailed assessment. It is likely with medication and counseling the symptoms will improve. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless consult a Psychiatrist immediately.
