The preparation and composition that you are using in the name of homoeopathy is actually not homoeopathy but we classical homoeopathy called it as homoeoallopathy where several medicines are mixed together, and this is not based on homoeopathic principal, so how can we expect it to act like homoeopathy.
Next Steps
We will strongly recommend you to contact a classical homoeopath and get an appropriate homoeopathic medicines which can cure you quickly and permanently.
Health Tips
Stop experimenting with medicines and skin care product and get it seriously treated  in the hand of an expert homoeopath because dermatologist can only give steroids with temporary relief .

Psoriasis is not a simple disease, at the same time its not dangerous but its a lazy one to be cured. U have said u have been using R65+R21, these r not scientific medicines,  They r just patents,  I.e mixture of homoeopathic medicines,  they never give u complete cure for any diseases,  They just give u temporary relief,  They just act like pain killers,  As long as u r using them, u will be free from the suferings, i.e itchings, pain etc, etc and all be gone temporarily,   As and when u stop using for a period of time say for 1or 2mnths u will be back with the same condition again. That is just temporary treatment not a complete constitutional treatment,  Where ur complete details and history r taken and proper medicines r given until u r cured And more over if u r not under such constitutional treatmemt, in The mean time u will adding other disease conditions to ur body which complicates u later on.
Next Steps
Approach a good classical homoeopath and share ur complete details to the Dr, which gives him to treat u properly.
Health Tips
U have not mentioned since how long u have been suffering with psoriasis and how long u have been using R65+R21, even if u take it for life long u will not be cured completely with psoriasis, approach a good homoeopath as early as possible which can give u proper cure.

Psoriasis is chronic inflammatory condition of the skin, which is very much treatable by homoeopathy. The response and the time taken for complete cure however depends upon patients body response to the medicine. The medicine which you have mentioned seems to be a combination, though homoeopathy doesn't have side effects but still self medication is not recommended. Constitutional medicine is what can help you in  taking care of your condition when given by a qualified homoeopath after proper case taking.
Next Steps
Since you mentioned you have mild symptoms I would recommend you to meet the qualified homoeopath and take it further.
