Pruloton depot 250mg in twin pregnancy?
I am 23 weeks pregnant with ivf twins. My doctor has prescribed pruloton depot 250 mg injection weekly but in various sites i have read that it is not prescribed in case of multiple pregnancies. Please suggest..!!

It is an empirical treatment. But it is better than taking Duphaston or Microgest.  It can be taken in multiple pregnancy. Please discuss with your Gynaecologist regarding the need for Cervical stitch.

U hv gathered incomplete information Beyond 12 weeks not required in neither a singleton or twin pregnancy as by 12 weeks the placental function is adequate
