Prrmature graying of hair
My hair stars graying since i was in 8 th standard now i am 20 my hair is still graying any solution for this?

Til with jaggery, because they contains magnesium and calcium which reduces hair fall and greying. Consume some curd. green leafy vegetables, milk, salads, fruits, and sprouts yeast, wheat , buttermilk, whole grains, nuts, soya beans, and milk. Avoid consumption of alcohol. Ayurveda medicines like lohasava, loha bhasma, Amla, neelibringadi taila.

You can take nasya with yashtimadhu oil daily by putting 2 drops of oil in both nostrils at night. Also sariva kalpa 2 tspn 3 times a day.   Apply mahabhringaraj oil daily. And avoid oily, spicy food ,too much non- veg, staying awake at night , stress, and smoking / drinking habits if any.

So graying of hair is just a symptom of weak digestive system as hair is no way independent in any way from body So a complete systemic treatment along with hair treatment can only give good results
