Protuding upper incisors

Asked for Male, 20 Years

When I was a child I had the habit of thumb sucking which continued till my early teenage. This have caused my upper insicors to protude. Now I am an adult and I really don't feel comfortable about it. I am not sure if it's too late to get a treatment. And what kind of treatment is recommended?
