Hello...if you are asking for protein powder for diabetic patients..then yes you can take it but recently a protein powder specially for type2 diabetes is available,even you can check on line,hence my personal suggestion is to buy such protein powder which helps you in your condition and even recommended only for diabetes patients so results are best. Don't use any supplements. Follow diabetic diet plan. Provide me complete information of ur height, weight, physical activity, diet history, veg or nonveg. Start ur day with exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Avoid junk and oily food, sweets, candy, sugar, chocolate,. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet.
