Hi dear Dt Swati Pandey here. High protein itself doest cause  stomach issues. But yes lack of fibers, water and improper cooking causes Try these trusted natural cures for quick relief from constipation. The oily composition of sesame seeds works to moisturize the intestines, which can help if dry stools are a problem and provide constipation relief. Add the seeds to cereals or salads for crunch, or pulverize them in a coffee grinder and sprinkle on food like a seasoning. Fiber acts like a pipe cleaner, scrubbing food and waste particles from your digestive tract and soaking up water. It adds bulk to your stool, giving the muscles of your GI tract something to grab on to, so they can keep food moving along. Foods particularly high in fiber include bran cereals, beans, lentils, oatmeal, almonds, barley, many vegetables, and fresh and dried fruits. All of these things can be home remedies for constipation.
Next Steps
Mint and ginger are both proven home remedies to help alleviate a slew of digestive problems. Peppermint contains menthol, which has an antispasmodic effect that relaxes the muscles of the digestive tract. Move your body as much as possible. do regular work-out and maintain your sleeping clock
Health Tips
Avoid foods that Can Cause Constipation, like 1. Alcohol is frequently mentioned as a likely cause of constipation. 2.Gluten-containing foods. Gluten is a protein found in grains like wheat, barley, rye and triticale. 3.Processed grains. 4.Milk and dairy products. 4.Red meat. 5.Fried or fast food.

Hi, constipation is not because of protein powder always. What you eat overall , how you eat  and many more factors need to be consider. Make sure 1.you are having sufficient amount of water intake. 2. What you eat is not refined and contain sufficient  amount of fiber...
Next Steps
Many plant proteins, whey proteins available in the market.  But it would  be based  on your protein requirement, budget etc
