Protein in urine high

Asked for Male, 66 Years

Protein /Creatinine ratio is 5.46 for my father in law . His Creatinine level is also low (0.7) and sodium level at 133 .Kindly suggest some good doctors in Bangalore. The previous doctor could not catch the exact problem .
