Hi
Please don’t go for excess protein or high protein alternatives for weight loss…
High protein intake is harmful for kidneys and may lead to various cancers …
So it is advised to take an expert physician…always.
Only in some medical conditions it is advised to take high protein intake otherwise for loosing excess weight consuming high protein (or) extra protein powders and other things is not at all advised / required for daily consumption point of view..
So be aware of taking extra protein along with normal natural dietary protein that you consume through foods daily.. unless there is a medical condition associated with it…
Check how many grams of dietary protein you are consuming daily and accordingly you may have to calculate and go for that extra protein…
And if your daily protein requirement is meeting than you should not go for that extra dose of protein..i,e per kg body weight..
For losing weight there are so many other natural and safest options… and losing weight with high protein intake or with protein supplements is a MYTH…
So don’t go and try for such things and always try to loose excess weight with good lifestyle choices and healthy dietary options that are available..
Thankyou
