Can you please tell me the result of my biopsy report.

The photo is not clear.
I can however see it says Benign prostatic hyperplasia with chronic prostatitis.
Your prostate gland is enlarged which is very common at your age. However, please consult a Urologist with the report for any symptoms that you may have.
