Hello.... You can take vitamin D and b 12 tablets, main source of vitamin b12 is non vegetarian food item like chicken, fish, egg.... The flesh of fatty fish(such as salmon, tuna, ) and fish liver oils are among the best sources of vitamin d, if you are pure vegetarian take tablets..........
