Prolonged periods and UTI
Hi doctor,
I 'm married women,I had 2 UTI attacks in span of 1 year and had a urine culture which shows "no bacteria growth,occasional pus cells" in the report and even I had continuous very light bleeding which I cannot find whether it's menstrual bleeding or normal bleeding, I had a ultrasound scan of kidney and uterus recently which showed normal..I'm embarrassed why the bleeding happens continuously and recurrent UTI...

your complete signs and symptoms with full history will be needed for proper diagnosis and treatment. it is sometimes very common and self-limiting but must not be neglected. so proper diagnosis and treatment are necessary.
