You blood reports are not compatible with HAV infection. Rather it seems to be bilirubin excretion defect of the body..which is usually congenital & lifelong(Gilbert syndrome), if other causes of high indirect bil. level is ruled out. Gil. Synd. does not requires treatment as it doesn 't harm you..😊..! What was your previous bil. Levels..?
