From your complaint, it looks like you have a gum problem.  please get yourself checked with a dentist & I m sure he/she will recommend cleaning (scaling) to begin with followed by some medications&gels for applying on your gums.  if it doesn't get better maybe you will require deeper scaling & rarely but at times gum surgery too.  but can't comment on that on this forum as we don't have your xrays & pics. so pl visit a dentist soon.

As your complaint is quite clear, bleeding gums, swollen gums, bad breath are due to tooth deposits ( plaque and tartar). Kindly visit a Periodontist ( Gum specialist) as the disease if overlooked then might lead to bigger complications later on. Go for a thorough check up. Treatment ranges from scaling or deep cleaning ( gum curettage). After this treatment your response to the treatment would determine further course of treatment.

Definitely you need to check with your dentist immediately than asking for opinions on this portal. Also pls inform the doctor if you are on any anti hypertensive drugs (to lower blood pressure) as these can cause swollen gums. Otherwise in most cases it should be sorted out with deep cleaning and curettage etc. Nowadays use of soft tissue laser is considered better for gum cleaning. Choose wisely.
